Do you Travel?
We are in Grand Rapids but love working all over the state and beyond and will travel to you! There may be an additional travel fee depending on the location.
How long have you been doing this?
My wife and I have been on the opposite side of the camera since 2003 and shoot an average of 15 to 20 weddings every year.
How many photos do we get?
Unlimited pictures will be taken to make sure you don't miss a thing! For a wedding of 6 to 8 hours, we average 1000 to 1200 images delivered for the day.
How do we get our photos?
You will own all the full-resolution images with the right to print them anywhere! Pictures will be displayed in an online gallery for viewing and sharing with friends and family! All images in the gallery will be downloadable to your computer or device.
Do you retouch photos?
All images will go through a process of color-correcting, white balance, sharpening, cropping and leveling for the portraits as well as a few other standard level adjustments. Detail-level corrections such as blemish removal are for the finished enlargements only.
Whats your turn around time?
14 to 30 days for portrait sessions. 60 days for wedding images and up to 90 days for the wedding video.
How do we book you?
If you are interested in securing the date with us, we require $500 retainer amount down with the remaining balance due the day or the week before the wedding.
Can you help us with planning?
Yes! For weddings, we send you a questionnaire to help set up a timeline for the day as it relates to photos and videos. We will also send you a photo checklist so you can decide before the wedding day what are the most important things and who are the most important people to be photographed!
How far out do you book?
Family and senior portrait sessions are typically within 12 months of the date. Weddings on average are 12 to 24 months before.
What should we do for an engagement session?
We welcome locations that are meaningful to you but we are more than willing to suggest a handful of locations too that match your style and personality.
What should we wear?
For portrait sessions, we recommend clothes that reflect your own personality and taste!
